3 What can the packs do for you? The packs aim to provide a one-stop resource of benchmarking data, analysis and improvement materials. You can identify where performance is below average and access improvement materials, case studies and guidelines to help you improve. No need to search the Internet for guidance, improvement materials, case studies etc. what you need is in the packs. No need to search for data - we’ve analysed data for you and suggested areas for improvement Easy access to guidelines and standards Show you where you could improve in a tailored report for your CCG that you can download or print Give you charts you can use in your own presentations and reports Provide materials to help you improve that you can download or print: – Quality improvement tools and proformas – Improvement materials and “how to guides” – Case studies
