2 List from Municipal Clerk According to CT Statute Sec. 7-42 Duties of each Registrar of Vital Statistics. They shall transmit to the Registrar of Voters a notice of the death of any person 17 years of age or older.

3 Actual List Check Names state- wide in inquires by last name and DOB If you find them in another Municipality – Write down Status (Active-Inactive-Off) Write down Voter ID & Town of origin on System Date of Birth – Date of Death Forward information to the Municipality where you found them on the System

5 Inquiry Results This Person was found in Coventry with Active Status Sent E-Mail to Coventry
