1. Non-Renewal Performance Overview – A reduction form is used for non-renewal performance for Certified and Administrative positions. Please remember to indicate the current position/location, last day of work and the reason for the reduction which is non-renewal performance. In addition, a new feature is available for supervisors to be part of the Personnel requisition and reduction form approval process. This feature is only available for individuals who have been selected by Directors/Budget Holders. Helpful Hints Ensure supporting documentation for the non-renewal has been submitted to the Department of Human Resources. Remember, an auto-generated personnel requisition for a vacancy replacement will be sent to the initiator. Please do not initiate a new personnel requisition, this will cause a duplicate vacancy which will be notated by the Budget Office and the Department of Human Resources.
