C Connect Approach Presentation 1 July 26,2015 C Connect Approach Presentation C Connect Webinar Session August 29-30, 2015

Rev Master speech excerpt from Lyon-May 2015 “We would like and ensure that the dreams of our Master’s are fulfilled. Sometime in 1951, Babuji Maharaj received a message from Swami Vivekananda along with Lalaji Maharaj. Both supporting each other and saying ‘yes, this should be done’ and what was that? The request was very simple. That the entire world should know we exist as Sahaj Marg. We are here to teach them how to meditate and better their life. It does not matter whether they continue with the practice or not. If they do it’s fine but they should know we exist for them………”

The planned expansion … (Whispers, 29 December 2014) “We expect from all our functionaries and all our brothers and sisters a profound and sincere commitment to contribute fully to a planned expansion – one that is so important to humanity, whose current distress on so many levels is saddening.” Babuji Maharaj

His Vision “The big wave is already there. Let’s take the benefit of it and make every person aware of Sahaj Marg meditation; that we exist. They may continue, they may not continue. It does not matter. As long as they know we are here to help them, they will come one day whenever their heart really craves for it.” Kamlesh D. Patel Tiruvallur, 24 th July 2015

Shri Ram Chandra Mission is our Mission Sahaj Marg is the Path Heartfulness is the Approach through which we introduce Sahaj Marg to willing aspirants Essential Fundamentals

What is Heartfulness? An approach to the practice of Sahaj Marg. Step-by-step, scientific approach to the practice. Allows the aspirant to accept and understand components of Sahaj Marg at his or her own pace. Includes an additional technique of relaxation which prepares one to meditate.

Heartfulness Workshops – Typical Format Need for meditation – or Heartfulness video Scientific approach – based on direct observation / reproducible results. Short Introduction Give them instructions. Meditate for around 10 minutes. Preceptor does nothing. Does not sit in front. Ask them to note down observations Meditation without Transmission Preceptor / coordinator leads Relaxation, flows into meditation Preceptor conducts the sitting – 1st introductory sitting. Meditate for around 30 minutes. Ask them to note down observations Relaxation -> Meditation with Transmission Explain that this was a ‘glimpse’ and we can meditate with them on next 3 days to deepen the experience so that they can experience transmission when meditating on their own. Deepening your experience Set up times for meditation over next few days, preferably on consecutive days. Make it easy for aspirant to be introduced. Sittings can be in groups, in person or remote. Get contact details, Add to subscription lists Follow up

 Universalism – open to aspirants across the world  Experience based programme (with minimum theory).  Does not interfere with any existing religious practice of aspirants.  Sole criteria for participation is ‘willingness’ to try.  Programmes are offered free, except for incidental expenses, which may be borne by sponsoring organizations.  Programmes conducted by volunteers who have benefitted from meditation and would like to share this with others – the ripple effect. Heartfulness meditation programmes offer an easy and a gradual approach to what is essentially the essence of the Sahaj Marg system of raja yoga meditation, practicable for modern-day corporate employees and executives. Guiding Principles Defining our Programmes

 Leadership – buy-in and approval  Facility to conduct programme on-premises  Co-ordinator Support – A point of contact to help us with internal communication, scheduling, venue arrangement, etc. Organisational Support Required 22

Guidelines for Pilot Implementation 1 Carefully choose organisations where we are invited Facilitator selection and orientation is critical. Perfect programme delivery and relationship management by Zonal C- Connect team. 2 3 23

By Referring Organizations where the ‘ground is ready’ for introducing meditation Assistance in reach to organizations through ‘known sources’ As a Facilitator in our programs As a Prefect for Sustainability of Practice / Follow up in an Organization 24 Flexibility with Organizational/Audience need Willingness to Learn and Adapt Collaboration & Team work Your involvement and drive…..
