SM&L TVET implementation School Management & Leadership (SM&L) is implemented in TVET by: National level: Workforce Development Authority ( WDA ) and Provincial level: Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre ( IPRC ) in the Southern Province 17 pilots schools In collaboration with Belgian TVET Common Program (APEFE, BTC and VVOB).

3. TVET SM&L & CBT experimentation In the framework of the experimentation of the new Competence Based Training TVET program; A key component to increase quality in this implementation and to ensure accreditation of schools
