2 A FORUM EH? What is a forum? What is a forum? A forum is like a debate. A forum is like a debate. It’s a discussion where an idea is a proposed (put forward) and then debated upon. 3 THE ISE SRC FORUM The forum here is one of the main aims and outcomes of the conference. The forum here is one of the main aims and outcomes of the conference. 4 WHY THE FORUM? If someone is supposed to be speaking against, but they’re actually speaking for the motion, you can call a point of order and shut them down.
