2. Movin’ on Up Terms 1. Available Light – Light in a room (sunlight or existing room light) 2. Bit Depth – the color capacity of a pixel. For every bit a pixel can carry one color. 3. Bleed – when an image exceeds the size of the page

3. Movin’ on Up Terms 4. Bounce Light – light reflected off a card or wall 5. CMYK – Cyan, magenta, yellow and black color world used in printing 6. Color Balance- the process of compensating for too much of one color in an image (if an image is too blue, yellow is added to bring the image back in balance
