Improve FE Outcomes by 4% and HE Outcomes by 2% Increase Retention and Attainment Establish effective student engagement through implementation of new student representation arrangements Support Students Increase by 10% the number of articulating students with advanced standing Improve Regional Coherence Remove college certificates from the curriculum offer and replace with national awards Deliver Recognised Qualifications
