Business case or cost/benefit analysis for any existing or planned cloud computing initiatives (if available). Organizational map of relevant IT groups. Application list and related dependencies (for cloud-related initiatives). Infrastructure roadmap or at least documentation of the current place in lifecycle of existing systems being considered for movement to the cloud. Current security and compliance plan or security/compliance requirements documentation for classes of enterprise data (if available). Disaster recovery/business continuity plans for IT systems related to cloud initiatives, specifically RTO/RPO requirements. List of people attending.
