Financial Development Program  Four rotations, approximately nine months each  Functional skills are developed through technical training and on- the-job training in various finance disciplines  Both domestic and international rotational assignments are available. FDP Training  Associates have the opportunity to complete 7 modules of training throughout their tenure, each lasting 2 to 3 days  Training is focused on providing an in-depth Baxter perspective on various Accounting/Finance and business related concepts  The modules are: Orientation/Financial Systems Reporting & Analysis Supply Chain and Manufacturing Planning Audit and Consolidations Tax and Treasury Business Development
