1. Entering a Loan into OpenClose

2. OpenClose is a web based program that can be access from any computer Login to OC by going to https://www.heritageoc.com/ https://www.heritageoc.com/ Input User name and password Opening screen will appear

3. To enter a new loon, select “new Loan entry” from the “Add a Loan” section on the left side of the screen

4. Complete the information on the “Borrowers” screen. Red asterisk fields are required: This section is only for married co-borrower

5. Choose the destination you would like for the loan to open and hit the “Save New Loan” button.

6. Completing the 1003 If the destination selected on the previous step was 1003, OC will open in the 1003 section. If not, in order to access the 1003, you will need to go to the “Loan Actions” drop down menu and select “Edit 1003”

7. The 1003 screen looks like this

8. Each section has it’s own tab at the top Click on each tab to complete all sections of the loan application
