Most reptiles such as Ball Pythons may have 1-3 eggs, each containing 10-18 babies that are worth up to $70 retail. If bought from a breeder they may be sold for as little as $10 a piece. Breeders commonly sell there reptiles monthly at reptile expos where you can find anything from an exotic frog to an American alligator!

More advanced species may require large enclosures, desert climate heating arrangements or periodic misting treatments to keep the enclosure at a particular humidtiy level

10. An exotic species like the green tree boa requires plenty of limbs to climb on, and frequent daily mist sessions. A species that requires such heat and humidity attention commonly has an elaborate cage that is automated to provide its needs.
