5 Dynamic Recruitment A dynamic recruitment system is a year- round, values-based strategy that will increase the quality and quantity of nearly any chapter. Quantity DRIVES Quality Centerpiece= Names List Values-Based Selection Process

6 Getting names ON the list Mind Joggers

7 Getting the names ON the list Member Positioning. Membership Drives- Activity fairs, info booths. Summer Recruitment- Scholarships, high school contacts. Mind Joggers. Referrals from sororities, alumni, faculty, other organizations.

8 Getting names OFF the list Invitations to Small Events Invitation within no more than 48 hours. Set up small events. Invite men to small event that fits them. Big Events are fun, but not the greatest for getting to know someone new.
