Ingredients 1.Low-gluten flour 170g 2.Unsalted butter 80g 3.Granulated sugar 30g 4.Brown Sugar 30g 5.An egg 6.Rum 1/2T (table spoon) 7.Salt 1/8t (tea spoon) 8.Chocolate chips 100g

Method Unsalted butter cut into small pieces, and then whisk into a creamy. The mixing of sugar and salt and beat until whitened. Add the eggs and rum and stir it. And then add the low-gluten flour and mix into a dough with a scraper. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix it.

Shape the dough into many round balls. Put them on the baking tray. Flatten all the round balls. Placed them into the oven which has preheated to 160 ℃. And then bake them about 15 minutes. After baked, cool them on the iron frame.
