3. History Panades are typical Easter pastries, but when you want to eat one you can go to the bakery and you buy one. Anyhow we normally eat more panades in Easter. The tradition is to make the panades at home in Easter. Nowadays there are only a few who do this, that is, make panades at home every year. Too many people go to buy them to the bakery. For this reason the tradition is being lost little by little.
