2 Change Funding Model Adopted by Board of Governors on March 13, 1998 Initial funding provided by 1998 session of General Assembly for FY 98-99 Revenue Domain for SCH Funding Model Areas considered to be appropriate for inclusion in the model were identified Formula covers only activities that are available for “assuring successful student outcomes” Formula does not include funds for: Organized Research Public Service Self Funded Activities – housing, food, student activities, etc. Formula is for change budget funding only.

3 Change Funding Model Applies only to “Regular Term and Distance Education” funding 12-cell matrix comprised of 4 areas of instruction and 3 levels of instruction Instruction – Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral Areas of Instruction
