4 COLLECT REQUIREMENTS The Process of determining, documenting and managing stakeholder needs and requirements to meet project objectives. 4

5 DEFINE SCOPE The Process of developing a detailed description of the project and the product. 6 CREATE WBS The Process of subdividing (decomposing) project deliverables and project work in to smaller and more manageable components. 6

7 VALIDATE & CONTROL SCOPE After project plans are put in to action, Project Managers are expected to manage changes to the project scope by validating scope, ie. Ensuring agreed work has been delivered, and Controlling scope, which is, managing changes to the project scope. 7
