Who wants to attend? What do you want to do? Where do you want to go? When are you planning to go? Why should we raise the money?

Rationale: The Cross Country team would like to attend the National Conference of Athletic Runners. The national conference will offer a wealth of new techniques to make our athletic club one of the most competitive in our area. The conference will be held in St. Louis, Missouri in May, 2012. The following is a breakdown of costs.

Explain the fundraising idea Create a detailed description of how you plan to execute this idea How much will you charge/fee What is your target amount to be raised What is your time frame

Fundraising Idea: We plan to sell entertainment cards to our community. We will ask 20 local businesses to take part in our fundraiser. They will offer a discount to the community while we, the athletic club, promote their business. The cards will be $20.00 each. To reach our goal, we must sell 267 cards. We will sell for a total of 3 weeks in November.

You will be persuading others that your fundraiser is the best idea to use! A presentation/debate will be held in order to : 1. Sell your idea as the best one to use… 2. Come up with questions that may not have been answered in your presentation….

What Should We Include In Our Presentation? Who? What? When? Where? Why? How? Place these in any order that makes sense in your writing. You may use any format for your presentation that your group chooses. Visuals for your presentation are highly recommended! Be prepared to give your part of the presentation! Who? What? When? Where?
