1. Follow proper accident procedures. Make sure you are safe!! Tell your teacher about the accident. Get help-listen to the teacher’s directions. First Aid-emergency treatment for someone who is hurt or sick.

2. Follow procedures for injuries. Heat burn-hold area under cold water for at least 15 minutes. Chemicals in eyes-use the eye bath to wash eyes for 15 minutes. Cuts-rinse and apply pressure with clean paper towel.
