Data Storage H Drive You have access to a personal network drive called the “H” drive. This is 250MB of space where you can keep your most crucial documents. Data stored on the H drive is backed up nightly by IS. The documents which are stored here are only accessible by you. Departmental Data Departmental Drive Your departmental drive can be located under any letter. The most common letter is “R” The departmental drive is 1 GB of space shared by everyone in your department. Data files stored here are most commonly shared.
