Departmental Data Departmental Drive  Your departmental drive can be located under any letter.  The most common letter is “R”  The departmental drive is 1 GB of space shared by everyone in your department.  Data files stored here are most commonly shared.  This drive is also backed up nightly by IS.  How do you access department drive?
