3 Levels of Prevention ► Primary: broad, large-scale, benefit everyone ► Secondary: narrow, small-scale, target high-risk areas ► Tertiary: after the fact, prevent long-term consequences of problems rather than the problems themselves

Severe Psychopathology ► Primary: Prevent prenatal complications Free pre-natal health care (20% reduction) ► Secondary: Decrease stress for populations at-risk More non-skilled labor available Wage subsidies ► Tertiary: Free psychological care
