4. Specifications  Economical confines: 100€ maximum for the differents prototype.  Physical confines : The message must be legible in a shade of forest. Standard size for the wheel(26pouces). 41 letter maximum on the wheel.  Technical confines : The letter must be legible in a matrice LED 5x7. Differents material used must be light and resistant. The battery will be rechargeable. The system must be light and not bulky.  Human sconfines : The system musn’t harrm to the human enginneering of a bike.
