Who We Are 3 Filmaka is a global digital entertainment studio and on-line community of aspiring filmmakers who are capable of creating high-quality, low-cost content. Competitions are the engine through which content is created and talent is discovered and rewarded. Filmaka attracts raw, undiscovered talent from around the globe, who are aspiring to turn their passions into professions. Filmaka community members are: 7,100 members. 40% have created content more than once. 123 countries on six continents Primarily 18-34 years old, early adopters of technological advances, competitive, resourceful Filmaka success stories: Two members directing first features and one directing first documentary due to Filmaka Music group UNKLE enlisted community to create two music videos Community-created futuristic commercials integrated in film Babylon AD starring Vin Diesel. Ford and Filmaka: Working Together COMPETITIONS: Standalone, branded films for digital platforms, “advertainment” - Films could be based on Ford themes and integrate product. Episodic, branded series for digital and traditional platforms - Ford integration could follow the series from digital pilot to broadcast or cable. CURRENT SERIES Series currently in production could creatively integrate Ford themes and product. ADVERTISING CREATIVE Filmaka community can produce cost-efficient advertising creative working in conjunction with Ford’s agencies or independently. 9

How Competitions Works 10 Filmaka collaborates with Ford on appropriate brand objectives and competition execution. Ford’s creative brief gets distributed to 7,100+ member Filmaka community. Filmaka global community goes to work for Ford! Filmaka community submits creative content to Filmaka's secured website. Ford determines winner, prizes awarded.
