3 Apartment houses Chýně Locality construction of 32 timber-based multistoried detached and terrace houses. Turn-key delivery including groundwork, house connections, ground completion and fencing.

4 The basic version in two designs The houses have two stories with two studio apartments. The basic version is delivered with a saddle roof with a roof inclination of 38 . RD 180/38 apartment houses are offered in the basic version in two designs: 6 dwelling units: - 6 dwelling units 69,03 m2 10 dwelling units: - 4 dwelling units 35,15 m2, - 4 dwelling units 37,50 m2, - 2 dwelling units 69,03 m2

10 Increase of fire resistance for bearing external walls REI 60 was required for wall exposed to external heat stress Walls were lined with boards MULTIPOR 600x390x80 firm product Xella, having increased the external wall fire resistance to REI 90
