Is it good for you? Scientist are suggesting that eating to much red meat damages your health. Red meat is high in saturated fat, which is associated with breast cancer and colorectal cancer. People who have a higher proportion of eating red meat, their death rate increased and so did their risk of cancer and heart disease.
