Team Rules Team members come to team practice. Everyone must be moving in the same positive direction toward improvement. Work hard, compete well, run/throw/jump fast/far/high. Have Fun!

Practice Team members come to team practice. After school at HGP from 3-5p.m. (usually) – Season starts on March 5 th – Some Saturdays (if no meet) and on some days off at Tyler State Park for distance Dress appropriately – March can be cold!

Meets Saturday Invitational's at various locations. – Council Rock North – Bensalem – Plymouth Whitemarsh – Neshaminy High School – Springfield (Delco) Weekday meets – for all team members. – B.A.L. League – At HGP and other BAL schools (Dock, New Hope, etc.) BAL CHAMPIONSHIPS May 11-12

Student-Athlete Study well to workout well! Take care of yourself! Good sleep is necessary to be a highly competitive athlete!
