The Home Screen contains the followings….. And using this screen we can schedule an Appointment. Please click this to setup Basic info

The Home Screen contains the followings….. And using this screen we can schedule an Appointment. Click on Basic Info to add hospital details Enter the hospital details to save basic info

Setup menu contains Users which will have the details of the user types Enter the user type Click on Add button to save the user type Click on Users

Setup menu contains Labs which will have the details of the labs Enter lab details Click on Labs

Setup menu contains Materials which have the details of the materials that are required for the dental Enter the information save material details Click on Materials

Click on billing in the menu to add the billing details Enter the billing details Click on Billing

Click on Employee Menu to enter the employee details Click on Employee to add employee details

Click on New Appointment button to create a appointment to the patient Click on New Appointment

After click on New Appointment this screen will be displayed here appointment will be created Click on Fix Appointment after entering the details

By default new patient will be added as a visitor to make him as patient click on green button Click this button to change visitor status as patient

After the admission of patient we need to enter the following details: Patient Details & history Observations Findings Treatments Billing Medicines to be used

Click on Patients/Visitors on the menu to see the appointments the are there for the doctor for a certain period Click here to view patients/visitors

To add the expenditures of the clinic has to click on the Expenditure button on the menu Click this to add expenditure details

Below screen will be displayed after clicking on the Expenditure in the menu Enter the information to save expenditure details

Click on Inventory on the menu to see the add inventory details. Click this to add inventory details

Enter the information to save inventory details. Save the details after entering all the inventory details

Click on Reports on the menu to see the reports of the patients Click this to see reports of patients

After clicking on the Reports below screen will be displayed and to see the report enter the patient name After entering the information click this to show report Click this to take printout of report
