Portal Definition Portal is a platform to deliver disparate applications in a single, consistent user interface (brand, appearance & style), with a single sign-on (SSO) More than a Web Site, a portal delivers information, collects information and provides applications

eForms Design them in Domino Robust data edit & control capabilities Add ProcessIt for automated work flow Save time & money with auto-routing Routes based on directory information Id Mgt service can ease directory maintenance Run it on WNYRIC Domino Server or your own Notes Domino server
15
eForms savings Total cost of: filing & saving one paper form is $20 finding and re-filing one misfiled form is $120 reproducing and re-filing one lost form is $220 3.5% of filed paper documents are misfiled 7.5% of filed paper documents cannot be found when they are needed. 80% – 90% of the time spent dealing with paper documents involves handling them as opposed to working with them. According to a study by Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC), July 2006
