14 14 Other use cases Presented by Thanh Doan Suggest meeting times: Whenever system receives respond from a participant the system update the conference immediately. The initiator can see schedule and suggested meeting times when he open the meeting requests Choose meeting time: Initiator open the meeting request and choose from a list of meeting times that satisfy the meeting requirements Confirm meeting time: Once convener has picked meeting time; the system will send the confirmation to participants Update profile: Any user (initiator or participant) can update his profile including time zone and his own rules
