18. Tacloban, Catbalogan and Isabel hubs as repacking centers due to their accessibility and capacity to mobilize volunteers. NFA rice is available in Tacloban (about 30,000 sacks) and in Catbalogan (63,000 sacks). Isabel will be supplied by NFA rice coming from Cagayan de Oro and General Santos City. The World Food Programme will donate 10,000 metric tons of rice to augment the rice requirement of the relief operations. EARLY RECOVERY PLAN

19. The PhilPhos warehouse in Isabel will be used as repacking area. PhilPhos also offered their 1,000 employees to help repack food packs. WFP will also provide logistical support in transporting food packs to the different municipalities including RORO ship to ferry canned goods from Cebu and Mindanao to the hubs. Local Government units trucks including military assets will continue to support the delivery of relief goods. EARLY RECOVERY PLAN
