My Priorities to come: Get to know the Team Learn about Rogers Training Programs, Policies, and Processes Do Research for Training Content Required Meet with Subject Matter Experts My Challenges expected: Don’t see them as big challenges, but nevertheless, there will be a learning curve with: Getting to know the Company, its Culture, Processes, Policies Another challenge is not yet having that working relationship with other departments at Rogers.
