3 The Process College needs an approved research policy College should have an intellectual copyright policy College should have union agreements or mechanisms that allow faculty to do research, or allow researchers to teach Make sure that the proposed classification will have a salary range that will attract suitable personnel College should have a policy on ownership of materials – complicated in our case Make sure that accounting personnel understand the claims procedures

4 Process 2 Download the forms - these are computer entry only - you cannot submit separately Collect faculty cv’s which MUST show DEMONSTRATED research history Get letters of contributions from partners Outline what you want to do Outline what you need Demonstrate that what you want to do has implications both nationally and internationally Self evaluation process at this point
