Don’t want to turn out looking splotchy and sore? Ask a friend or parent to help put on sunscreen, remember SPF 15 + Ouch! That’s gotta Hurt! Miss a spot?

In between swimming and playing, stay in the shade. Give your skin a break! Have fun in the sun! Have fun in the shade!

Use Protection! Hats and clothing, sunglasses! Stay in the shade! Sunscreen! SPF Lipbalm!

Snow and ice reflect winter’s UV rays and intensify the amount of damage. Be sure goggles are UVA/UVB protective and use sunscreen and SPF lip balm to avoid a burned face.

Wrinkles are from UV damage!
