The University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion & Disability Studies Maine Expanding Inclusive Opportunities (MEIO) Expanding Inclusive Opportunities is a federally funded initiative designed to build on existing state efforts to improve inclusive opportunities for young children with disabilities and their families.
