Designing an Advert for Marks and Spencer Marks and Spencer’s are releasing a new line of Fairtrade clothes aimed at all ages but in particular teenagers Your task is to design a persuasive A4 ad campaign for M&S. The ad campaign is titled: ‘Look Behind the Label’. Why? You have the article and notes from last lesson, additional articles with key information you can use and examples of ad campaigns.

Marks and Spencer ad campaign ALL: produce a poster with images and key facts outlining Marks and Spencer’s new campaign MOST: Write a paragraph explaining how you are going to encourage people to buy from the ‘Look behind the Label’ goods SOME: How important do you think it is to buy ethically? Justify your answer using evidence. Make sure you include: Lots of facts about Fairtrade and sweatshops to make customers buy the goods The M&S logo (above). Why M&S is the place to shop. Eye catching designer pictures/logo
