What Do Members Really Want? Vision: Why belong to PDCA? Together we can do more than we can do alone. Create a compelling answer to the question. Reward: What’s in it for me? Members want tangible value to support their continued membership with PDCA that makes a difference in their lives or career. Relationship: Who can I connect to here? People are communal. We want to be around people that we can help and that can help us.
