Ideally, you need: A calm, focused, atmosphere in the room The children to be expectant – not excited consider the “trickle method” A copy of the passwords sheet as tick sheet One person overseeing the assessments A second person who can keep an eye on children whose minds may wander during assessments 2 of you to go through the instructions for uploading the data together!
