Song supports teaching of key stage 2 objectives for year 3: O3.1, L3.2, and L3.3. (See activities in key stage 2 framework relating to these objectives). Building Sentences: Song provides examples of the “Le/La + noun+ est + adjective” structure which children may be encouraged to manipulate in slide 5. Note: Care has been taken to avoid agreement issues as “jaune” is an invariable adjective.
