4. Key questions to ask when feeling an emotion: Why do I feel this way? What choices for action do I have?

5. Anger: Something needs to change Love: A sign of a great potential for good Hate: Evil is present or threatening

6. Love, anger, hate: tell us that important decisions must be made Love: What can I do to bring out the best in the other and myself? Hatred: What destructive forces do I need to face? Anger: What needs to change for God’s will to happen? What can I do to help bring about that change in a life-giving and loving way?
