Interpreting selection (and other) test scores (norms, means, standard deviations, standard scores, percentiles, etc.). Assessing the reliability and validity of any predictor / criterion. Constructing valid and reliable psychological tests for selections. Analyzing a job and use the information for selection purposes. Designing a useful and effective interview format and procedure for an organization. Assessing the costs and benefits of a recruitment/selection program.
