Progress Since 4 July SG we have: 31/7- contract awarded for CMS supplier 7/8- tender launched for Hosting / Managed service 3/10- conducted User & Regulator consultation on commercial aspects 14/10- consultation results shared with Regulators 30/10- provided IFA Users with a summary of certain Access Rules principles 30/11- software design stage completed

4. CMS Project scope CMS will handle all IFA commercial aspects, including auctions, credit management, nominations across all timescales LT, D-1, Intraday. In addition, CMS project requires National Grid / RTE to modify various internal processes, eg: –IS interfaces: Control Room IS interfaces Market operator interfaces (eg Elexon, RTE) Back office systems ETSO Vista –Documentation: IFA Access Rules Operational procedures SLAs –Processes Control room functions Back office process (credit management / invoicing).
