4. Success The successful developer will be required to present proposal and details of redevelopment at a Public Hearing of Town Council. The successful proposal will create commerce and vitality in Downtown Edenton while respecting Edenton’s natural and historic beauty. The successful proposal will be accepted and the building will be sold only if Town Council opts to sell the property using Economic Development Statutes.
