6 Practical Info! If you have already registered but have not indicated your time of arrival and departure in the form, please do so. We are aiming to have the best possible reception of speakers and participants so we would be grateful if you also could let us know what hotel you will be staying at. The Valencian Region is also planning some evening activities for all delegates on Thursday 3 June. This will include a guided tour of the city and a dinner in a restaurant in the centre of town.. The Valencian Region is kindly covering the cost of the guided tour, but the restaurant will be paid individually by participants. We would be greatful if you could confirm your attendance to the evening activities, indicating whether you have any particular dietary requirements, by Friday 28 May at the latest. There are trains to Valencia leaving Madrid every hour. Some of us are taking the train that leaves from Atocha Station in Madrid at 17:00 and arrives at Valencia Nord Station at 20:25. The journey takes approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes so it is advisable to book tickets in advance. This can be done from the following website http://www.renfe.es/index.html which unfortunately is only in spanish.http://www.renfe.es/index.html
