2  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Coordinator  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Social Solidarity are the leading government agencies on the issue of human trafficking at the policy and strategic levels. For this reason, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be the coordinators of the National Plan of Action and Legislation on Human Trafficking and the Ministry of Social Solidarity will be the coordinator of Standard Operational Procedures.

3  The role of coordinator is to work together with partners in order for them to be able to successfully implement their activities and responsibilities.  As the Coordinator, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Social Solidarity will have the following responsibilities: - Drafting of comprehensive anti- trafficking legislation - National Plan of Action on human trafficking - Standard Operating Procedures document - Shelter for Victims of Human Trafficking

4  Coordinate partners to implement their activities.  Conduct regular meetings with partners about the implementation of their activities  Assist partners to secure funding to conduct their activities by writing letters of support for funding proposals to donors  Monitor the progress of partners in order to evaluate the implementation of the activities  Collect data from partners about human trafficking activities and keep records
