Lessons Learnt SMME’s are SMME’s Small SMME’s require more management assistance than initially thought Size of the SMME Marketing of the SMME Management of the SMME “Going Concern” Payment Terms and Commercial engagement Managing Scope of SMME involvement with client Procurement from SMME’s can work Constant Monitoring and Evaluation is needed
