To be a good manager is to supervisor your team regularly, to provide constructive feedback about their performance at work. A leader works with the team, to develop the team be self-aware, to motivate others, to build relationships, to be flexible and to have excellent communication skills.

What is coaching and mentoring ? Coaching is to tutor, to train or to give hints to A process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. Mentoring is a method to improve employee's business knowledge while improving work relationships...to learn from each other.

Coaching as a mutual benefit Coaching and mentoring benefits both the coach and the individuals Develops good working relationships since the supervisor usually takes the role of a coach to the team Employees see their superiors as their mentors who are willing to guide and help them develop their full potentials
