Working with one partner, you must each choose and research two fast food restaurants. You will have to research their food, and its nutrition facts. Complete this process for both of the restaurants that you choose. After you have each done your research, it is now your job to compare the nutrition facts of all four restaurants with the facts on how much daily intake of food the average person really should consume. -research two fast food restaurants each -Determine the positive and negative effects it has on the body -include the nutrition facts of the restaurants food -what harm can high fat, unhealthy foods such as fast food do towards a persons health? (diseases, etc.) - What is the average intake of nutrients the average person should consume? Compare this intake, with the amount a person intakes by eating fast foods.
