Joint activity since 2002. Employers organizations are based on the principle of voluntary membership. Together they protect and represent the rights and interests of members. Conditions for favorable business environment are created. Employers views and opinions are promoted. Employers are equal social partner in tri-partite dialogue.

Consultations between members and government representatives on issues of common interest are now provided. Today - a strong and independent voice of employers. More than 4.000 individual and joint members are affiliated to the Federation and RS and are recognized on the national, regional and international level. The FINAL GOAL - to strengthen members and entire economic sector for competition that awaits them by entering BiH into the European Union.

Persistent and continuous work on unburdening the economy - through reducing contributions and para-fiscal levies through text changes in the Law on Enterprises. Initiated and led negotiations with SSS of BiH on amendments to the General Collective Agreement based on members requests. Intensive work on amendments to the Federal Labor Law and the Labor Law of RS.

Reputation and trust of the authorities. Employers representatives - actively involved in the work of the Commission and the Committee of the parliament on entity levels – by giving full contribution we are participating in law creating process. As a legitimate and representative partner UPFBiH together with the government and the union involved in initiatives at ESC on the entity level.
