PROBITY AND INVESTIGATIONS PANEL MODERATOR: FORTUNE SEKGAPHANE Chief Executive Officer, North West Gambling Board, South Africa PANEL MEMBERS: SHAWN REID, Board Member, Nevada Gaming Control Board He served the Nevada Gaming Commission as Chief of the Investigations Division and was later appointed to serve in the Nevada Gaming Commission Board. He was re-appointed in 2012 for a further term of four years to serve in the Board of the Nevada Gaming Commission. Shawn was subsequently appointed to the Nevada Crime Commission. NICK TOFILUK, Director, Regulatory Operations, Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom Nick was the Assistant Chief of the Police in the United Kingdom focusing mainly on organised crime and crime intelligence. He possesses extensive experience in police services and served a number of related structures in a variety of disciplines in the United Kingdom. He is currently assigned to deal with corporate leadership of the Commission with more focus on licensing, compliance, intelligence and enforcement.
