TITAN-TIMI 34: Goal To answer the following question: Among patients intended to undergo primary PCI, does a strategy of early initiation of eptifibatide in the ER prior to primary PCI yield superior pre-PCI angiographic outcomes compared to a strategy of initiating eptifibatide in the cardiac catheterization laboratory after diagnostic angiography? © TIMI 2005.
